Mr. Kibochi joined FKDTML in January 2006. He was previously the General Manager, Finance and Administration in Faulu Kenya . He is an expert in Strategic planning, financial and business management with over 15 years experience. |

Mr. Gichuki is currently an Audit Partner, PKF Kenya. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (FCPAK). Joe used to have a weekly column on management in the East African for a number of years and has also been published in The Option magazine, Executive magazine, Ecoforum, Actionforum and Msanii, the RaMoMa magazine on diverse subjects including microenterprise development, training fiscal policy, technology transfer and innovation, management, Kenyan fine art and energy strategy. He currently serves as the Chairman, Lavington United Church and as Convenor, IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) working group and Professional Standards Committee member in ICPAK

Beverley is a visionary and experienced leadership trainer and coach with tremendous success equipping leaders and teams to be highly effective mainly in Africa and Asia. Her successful employment career extends from auditing in PWC to serving within the Not for Profit Sector that includes Kenya's first public Community Foundation assisting several institutions and communities in Kenya establish viable endowment funds and sustainable institutional systems and structures. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Masters of Leadership in Business and Entrepreneurship. She is the Chair of the Membership and Fund Raising Committee of the Institute of Directors Kenya and is Chair of ICC Pension Fund Trust.
