John Mwara Kibochi
 Mr. Mwara an expert in strategic planning, financial and business management was appointed Managing Director in January 2010. He joined Faulu Kenya DTM Limited in 2006 and was previously the General Manager, Finance and Administration.

Raphael Lekolool
Mr. Lekolool joined Faulu Kenya DTM Limited in May 2009 as Head of Internal Audit. He has previously worked for Post Bank and Kenya Commercial Bank.

Bernard Githinji
 Mr. Githinji joined Faulu in January 2011 as Finance and Treasury Manager and appointed Head of Finance and Strategy in November the same year. He was previously the Head of Finance at CFC Stanbic Holdings, where he held several other positions in Finance and Internal Audit during his tenure spanning over 8 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, CPA (K) and several certifications. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree In Leadership – Business & Entrepreneurship.

Anne Makori
Mrs. Makori joined Faulu Kenya DTM Limited in December 2006 as the Head of Human Resources, a position she holds to date. Mrs. Makori, who is also the Company Secretary, began her career in 1990 as an Advocate and has worked with various organizations and in different capacities including The Standard Group Limited. |

Charity Wainaina
 Mrs. Wainaina Charity started her career at McCann Erickson Advertising in Brand Communication before joining Faulu in 2004 as a Marketing Executive. Prior to being appointed as Head of Marketing in 2012 she served as the Marketing and Research Manager. She holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management) degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree.

Amos Mwangi
 Mr. Mwangi was appointed as the Head of Business Development in May 2012 .He joined Faulu Kenya DTM Ltd in January 2011 as the Credit Administration Manager and later on appointed as the Head of Credit Administration in Aug 2011. Previously he worked with Equity Bank in various capacities and brings on board 10 years’ experience in micro and retail banking.

Mr. Asiba has been in the ICT industry since 1996. He joined Faulu Kenya DTM Limited in 2007 and has worked for Mumias Sugar and Telkom Kenya in various capacities

Ireneus Gichana
 Mr. Gichana joined Faulu Kenya in July 2010 as Head of Banking and was thereafter appointed the Head of Operations in May 2011. Previously, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Ltd for 18 years where he was Head of Branch Operations & Service Delivery and also Risk Enhancement Project Manager (East Africa) among other roles. He holds Master of Banking and Finance degree, MBA degree and a BA (Technology Management Studies) both degrees from Moi University and also CPA (Part I) certificate.

Churchill Winstone Ochieng
 Mr. Churchill Winstone Ochieng joined Faulu Kenya as Head of Retail Banking in April 2012, having previously worked with CFC Stanbic Bank and Barclays Bank for 3 years and 8 years respectively.

Paul Kahoro
 Mr. Kahoro started his career as an auditor in PKF Kenya before joining Faulu in July 2006. He has have served in various capacities including Senior Audit Manager before being appointed as the Head of Internal Audit in June 2012. Paul is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA (K) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is currently pursuing an MBA degree at the University of Nairobi.
