FAULU KENYA PARTNERS WITH AIRTEL KENYA

Faulu Kenya and Airtel Kenya formally launched a partnership dubbed ‘KOPA CHAPAA’ on 3rd May 2012 at the Intercontinental Hotel. This partnership will enable Airtel Money customers’ access cheap and fast loans from Faulu Kenya using the Airtel Money transfer system on their phones.

“Faulu Kenya has been a leader in providing financial solutions and innovations that deliver value to the greater population”, said Mr. Mwara during the launch. The partnership will provide an opportunity and ray of hope to the majority of unbanked and semi banked Kenyans, he added.

Speaking at the launch Mr. ShivanBhargava, MD Airtel Kenya said that more than 60 percent of the Airtel Money subscribers are registered on the Airtel Money service and this new service offers them with access to quick cash loans through their mobile service, taking care of their short term needs that everyone goes through.Read more on kopa Chapaa..
