How to apply for KOPA CHAPAA

Step 1: Open the Airtel Money Menu on your phone
Step 2: Select the Loan Request
Step 3: Enter the loan amount (do not exceed the set limit)
Step 4: Enter your PIN
Step 5: A notification will be sent to you. Wait for your request to be processed.
Step 6: You will receive a notification from Airtel Money of the amount approved together with your loan code

To access the KOPA CHAPAA

Step 1: Dial *305# and choose option 2 as per the instructions
Step 2: Select the Loan Confirmation
Step 3: Enter the loan amount (do not exceed the set limit)
Step 4: Enter the Loan Code
Step 5: Enter your PIN
Step 6: A notification will be sent to you confirming that your loan has been processed
Step 7: You will receive a notification of the amount you requested, together with the terms and date of payment.

Step 2: Select Pay bill
Step 3: Select Other
Step 4: Select Lipaloan
Step 5: Enter Amount
Step 6: Enter PIN
